Shipping Method: Please provide us your shipping address. We must have a physical address to ship orders. We can not accept or ship to P.O. Box addresses! We ship using the United states Postal Service and with FedEx.
 
Estimated Delivery Time: While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. We estimate delivery to you within 6 to 10 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. If you desire faster shipping, please select one of our express shippng methods (additional express shipping charges will be applied as stated above).
Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally we are out-of-stock or have back-ordered items. We don't ship partial shipments. We'll attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving your order regarding any items that are back-ordered or out-of-stock. If we don't hear back from you, we'll substitute a similar item from our warehouse.
Orders Received on US National Holidays and Weekends: We are closed on US National Holidays and weekends. Orders received on US National Holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping:
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For your security and protection, and to reduce fraudulent credit card activity, in some cases we may need to contact you for name and address verification. We may require that you provide us a photo copy image of your credit card and your photo ID showing your ship to location address that matches your order address. This verification, if requested must be provided to us via fax or via scanned images sent to us in an email or in a PDF electronic document.
International Shipping: Yes, we ship globally, for additional shipping and handling fee's, with a few exceptions, see statement above and please read below!

International Shipping Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate that an order to an international location will take approximately 16 business days. While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. We estimate delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. It's impossible to estimate customs time. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.

We Do Not Ship To These Locations: We apologize, but due to customs issues, we don't ship to Guatemala, Nigeria, Venezuela, or Zanzibar.
APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO addresses are not considered domestic. They're shipping is handled in part by the U.S. Military. Our shipping chart for domestic orders(shown above) will be used to determine APO and FPO shipping costs. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We do not ship express to APO or FPO addresses. Standard 10 business day delivery does not apply to APO and FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery. It's impossible to estimate delivery time for APO and FPO addresses.
Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They're the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we can't refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once the shipping carrier makes delivery to the destination country.
U.S. Embassy & Consulate Shipments: Packages shipping to U.S. Embassy or Consulate addresses are considered international.
U.S. Territory Addresses: Packages shipping to Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan addresses are considered domestic. These destinations follow guidelines for domestic shipments. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We don't ship express to these addresses at any time. |
